Epileptic seizures: a cat is not a dog

Seizures is one of the most commonly identified neurological syndrome in cats. The diagnostic approach, and moreover the medical treatment differ in many ways from what is described in dogs. This lecture aims at describing the particularities of the management of feline epileptic cases based on an extensive review of the literature.
