Caroline is developing and leading the VetOracle Telemedicine service which aims to provide a dedicated, consistent and reliable, instant access, small animal internal medicine advice service to all CVS vets.

Caroline graduated from University College Dublin in 2006 and after two years in primary care practice, undertook an internship and residency at the University of Glasgow. She achieved Specialist status in 2014 and has worked both in university and private referral practice (including ChesterGates Veterinary Specialists) and, more recently, she has been a consultant for a telemedicine advice service for vets.

She is interested in all areas of internal medicine and has been developing her skills in interventional radiology over a number of years. Caroline has published in international, peer-reviewed journals, written book chapters and presented at regional, national and international conferences. She sits on the BSAVA Scientific and the Small Animal Medicine Society (SAMSoc) Committees.

Our practices are open and providing routine, urgent and emergency referral care for your patients. We continue to work safely with social distancing and a combination of telephone consultations and on-site examinations. GP vets should contact our referral centres directly for clinical advice on cases.
