Juri graduated from the Lithuanian Veterinary Academy in 2003. Following graduation he joined a busy first opinion practice in Vilnius, Lithuania. At the same time he continued with studies and gained his PhD in Parasitology from Vilnius University in 2007.

Following his PhD studies, Juri moved to the UK and joined a busy first opinion practice in West Midlands where he developed an interest in small animal Emergency and Critical Care medicine.

In 2008 Juri joined out of hours practice in West Midlands. He continuously worked in the field of Emergency and Critical Care ever since. He joined MiNightVet team at Animed Veterinary Hospital in Shedfield in 2014.

In 2016 Juri gained the RCVS Certificate of Advanced Practitioner in Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care as well as RCVS Advanced Practitioner status in Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care.

Juri is interested in all aspects of small animal Emergency and Critical Care. Excellent facilities at Animed Veterinary Hospital enable to provide high standard care to critically ill animals.
