Neil qualified from Royal Dick School of Veterinary Studies in 1979 and working in mixed practice in the South West gradually developed an interest in Ophthalmology.

He has worked in Falmouth since 1982, gained his RCVS Certificate in Ophthalmology in 1994, and achieved  Advanced Practitioner status  in Veterinary Ophthalmology in 2015.

Neil has been involved with referral work since ever since and takes cases mainly from Cornwall and Devon. The practice has full facilities for ocular examination with both direct and indirect ophthalmoscopy, slit lamp biomicroscpy, gonioscopy and  electroretinography. Surgical facilities include operating microscope, operating loupes and extensive range of ophthalmic surgical instruments  enabling us to perform from lid and adnexal surgery to corneal and intra-ocular techniques including phaco-emulsification cataract surgery with lens replacement.
