Nicola Avery

Nicola graduated from Cambridge university in 2004. She then joined Nine Mile Veterinary Hospital where she developed a keen interest in surgery of all types. She achieved her Certificate in Small Animal Surgery in 2008 and gained Advanced Practitioner status in 2015.

Nicola has an interest in both orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery and sees cases from within the group and local practices.  She is happy to perform many different soft tissue surgeries including brachycephalic airway surgery and TECAs, and also fracture repairs and cruciate surgery.
