After qualifying from the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain) Eduardo undertook a two year internship at the University. This was followed by three years as a clinician and researcher in Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging where he completed a PhD based on the clinical, laboratory and ultrasonographic findings in dogs infected by Babesia canis.

After completing a three-year residency in diagnostic imaging at the University of Edinburgh, Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in 2013, Eduardo achieved the European Diploma in Diagnostic Imaging in 2014 and is an European and RCVS Specialist in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging.

Eduardo has worked since on several referral hospitals in the UK and Spain and enjoys all aspects of small animal diagnostic imaging but has a particular interest in CT.
