Giulia Marchionne

Guilia is referral clinician in anaesthesia at ChesterGates Veterinary Specialists. Guilia graduated from the Veterinary University of Pisa, Italy in 2012, and in 2013 she completed a rotating internship in a 24/7 small animal clinic in Rome, where she remained working as anaesthetist for an additional two years.

In 2016 she moved to Tuscany to work as a full-time clinical anaesthetist in a small animal referral centre. Guilia obtained a Master’s degree in small animal anaesthesia and pain management in 2017, at the University of Pisa. In 2018 she came to the UK to join a large referral hospital in the South of England as an Anaesthesia Intern, after which she worked both as an anaesthetist locum and in general practice, before joining ChesterGates in November 2021.
