Vet Oracle Telemedicine is a dedicated service providing specialist small animal internal medicine advice and support to enhance the knowledge, skills and confidence of vets, in a non-judgmental environment.
The service is free for all CVS vets.
The Vet Oracle Telemedicine team understand the complexities of clinical practice and work with you to find relevant, evidence-based options and solutions through this dependable service.
Case Managers, Georgina Froment (RVN) and Shelby Mulholland (RVN), are available to help you with any queries you have about submitting an advice request.

The service is available from 9am to 5.30pm GMT, Mondays to Fridays. Enter the patient details, explain your query and attach any supporting information through our online platform. Routine advice queries are answered within 2 to 4 working days. We also provide a service for priority or urgent case submissions.
